GETTING TO KNOW MICU MAKU

Micu Maku began as a charcoal-grilled meat project called El Secret del Tall, but after receiving high demand for dishes such as paella, black rice, fideuá, ham croquettes, Caesar salad, and burgers, the concept and menu changed. The restaurant’s objective is to create quality food with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere that creates memorable experiences for customers. The team values sincerity, responsibility, respect, and positive energy, and they believe that an emotional state is essential to cooking and serving. The restaurant has hosted challenge Thursdays, such as making a 42 kg potato omelette and a 15 kg burger. Many people from different parts of the world have found love and friendship at the restaurant. Micu Maku aims to provide a special and unique experience through their food, good vibes, and excellent service.
